Questions teams ask before trusting an AI answer

Does every answer come with a source?

Only answers that match something in your uploaded documents show a source. If there is no match, Accurez says so clearly instead of making up an answer.

What does the confidence level mean?

High means the source strongly supports the answer. Moderate means the source supports it, but you should verify it. Low means you should review the source document before taking action.

Can our team open the original document from the citation?

Yes. The source links directly to the document in your knowledge base, so anyone can check it as long as the visibility of the document supports it.

What if the answer is not in our documents?

Accurez doesn't guess when the answer isn't available. If the information isn't in your knowledge base, it clearly says so.

Is a record kept of every answer and where it came from?

Yes. Every question, answer, and document source is saved with the time it was asked and who asked it.
