Why we built Accurez
We started RadicalStart in 2016, building software for businesses. Marketplaces, rental platforms, delivery apps, and e-commerce- we worked across a lot of different industries over those years. And everywhere we went, we kept seeing the same thing.
As companies grow, their knowledge grows with them. More information exists than ever - but finding the right answer quickly enough to use it is still the problem.
That is why we built Accurez, to make those answers findable, from documents that never leave your environment. Your team asks a question in plain language and gets a direct answer back with the source shown. We built it to run on your own servers because we believed the organisations trusting it with their knowledge should be the ones in control of it, not even us.
After years of building software for businesses, we are now building something that helps businesses use what they already know. Company Internal knowledge should not be something you search for. It should be something you can simply ask.
How we work
We are a small team, and we like to be that way. We move faster, stay focused, and we actually talk to people using what we build.
Every product we have delivered was built around the real problem in the field, not just by a feature checklist copied from someone else’s home page.
When something needed a fix, we fixed it. When something needed to be built, we built it. You can hear this from the people who wrote the code and those who sat on the demos.

Your infrastructure, your call
We designed Accurez to run where you operate it. Your documents and search index live in your environment. Your administrators have chosen the AI provider, including the local options when that fits your policy. We won't lock your corpus into a black box that we control.
Answers people can check
We are concerned that teams may open-source the reasoning behind a grounded answer because an AI answer can never sound confident. If a document does not have the answer, it must not reply. Your product makes it clear that it does not hide the answer.
Built for the people who ask questions
Configuring and deploying software may require an IT team, but asking a question does not. We aim for plain-language tools that work for the whole organisation, not just for the person who sets up the system.
