What makes Accurez assistants worth configuring
Each assistant is configured in the admin panel
Create a dedicated assistant without any technical setup. Name it, add a short description so staff knows when to use it, and choose Public Help Assistant or Internal Workspace Assistant. Restrict the knowledge scope to selected categories and tags so each desk stays in its lane on the same indexed corpus. Set one assistant as the default Help assistant for the public help experience.
- Create a dedicated assistant per desk or channel
- Restrict knowledge scope by categories and tags
- Set the default Help assistant for public Q&A

Configure AI providers and models for every assistant
Choose an AI provider for each assistant from OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, or Ollama, or keep the platform default. Override the model when a desk needs a different stack. Optionally override the provider base URL when your infrastructure routes AI traffic through an internal server. API keys are managed once in AI settings and apply across all assistants.
- Choose an AI provider for each assistant
- Override the AI model as needed
- Verify your assistant before it goes live

Configure how every assistant responds
Start from Balanced for standard grounded support, Strict to answer only from retrieved evidence, or Flexible for best-effort responses when content coverage is still thin. Fine-tune retrieval settings, grounding thresholds, and the system prompt per assistant. When a reply is grounded in your documents, people get sources they can open and a High, Moderate, or Low confidence signal.
- Set Balanced, Strict, or Flexible per assistant
- Fine-tune retrieval and grounding settings
- Add a system prompt per assistant

What configured assistants change on one knowledge base
Who benefits from AI assistants

IT and operations
Staff and customers keep asking the same approved IT questions. A Public Help Assistant limited to approved IT categories turns the documents you already maintain into self-serve answers, so fewer people wait on a ticket for something that is already published.

Compliance teams
Compliance content should not appear in every desk's answers. An Internal Workspace Assistant scoped to compliance categories and tags keeps replies inside that lane for staff who can use Workspace, so policy questions stay on the right document set.

Knowledge managers and admins
One assistant for all teams means every desk draws from the same pool regardless of relevance. A dedicated assistant per team gets its own scope, behavior preset, and system prompt, so warehouse runbooks and legal procedures do not answer each other's questions.

HR and people operations
Some HR material is Internal only. Some, like open roles and published handbooks, belong in Help. Use an Internal Workspace Assistant scoped to HR categories for staff policy questions, and Public content for what should be broadly askable, without routing every policy check through a ticket.
